Dan Wyand

We hope you will take a few minutes to check out our site and learn a little about us. You may see some familiar faces among our staff… most of us have lived in the area all our lives!

Our goal is to provide you with personal and professional health care in a comfortable outpatient setting. Your recovery and success are important to us! We will coordinate your care with your physician and develop a plan of care to help you return to good health as quickly as possible.

Your initial visit will consist of an evaluation done by a Physical Therapist. The therapist will discuss your health issues with you and explain treatment options to meet your particular needs. Your therapy may include a Physical Therapy Assistant, Athletic Trainer, Personal Trainer or other staff assistants who will help you follow through with your program and ensure your success.

We encourage you to ask questions during your care; we want you to feel confident in what you are doing and why you are doing it. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and provide you with the best experience possible.

If your physician is recommending Physical Therapy post-surgery, we invite you to visit the clinic and meet our staff before your surgery. If you are facing a more acute health issue, ask your primary care physician if Physical Therapy could be beneficial to your recovery. We are always happy to speak with physicians about treatment options. If you have specific questions about our services, give us a call!

Dan Wyand, P.T. & Associates was established in 1981 with a small staff consisting of Dan, a secretary and an aide. Over the years we have expanded our staff and programs, moved to a larger facility and opened a second clinic in Lyndonville, Vermont.

Originally located at Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, we moved to the Moffett Building on Sherman Drive in 1989 to accommodate our growing practice. Our Lyndonville clinic was opened in 1994 to better serve patients in Lyndonville and surrounding areas. This clinic was located at the Corner Medical Building (also known as Lyndon Corner School), which was severely damaged by fire in 2002. After temporarily merging our two clinics, we moved into our present site on Industrial Parkway and are once again sharing a building with Corner Medical.

Today our staff consists of 7 Physical Therapists, 5 Physical Therapy Assistants, an Athletic Trainer and support staff… many of whom have been here twenty-plus years!

Our offices have expanded, but we continue to offer personalized care with the same commitment and concern for our patients that we did in 1981.
